5. Deletion of Personal Information
Users may make a request to have personal information deleted from our records by contacting us at info@envisionvr.com.au. We will verify your request using the information associated with your account, including email address. Users can also designate an authorized agent to exercise this course of action on their behalf. Alternatively there is an in app option to delete accounts, if “Accounts” is pressed in the main menu there is an option to “Delete Account”.

information
(a) EnvisionVR Pty Ltd may
disclose your personal information to any of our employees, officers, insurers,
professional advisers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors insofar as
reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy.

this privacy policy.

(a) EnvisionVR Pty Ltd will

data protection clauses adopted or approved by the European Commission which
you can obtain from the European Commission Website; the use of binding
corporate rules, a copy of which you can obtain from EnvisionVR Pty Ltd’s Data
Protection Officer.
(c) The hosting facilities for
our website are situated in Australia and the United States of America.
Transfers to each of these Countries will be protected by appropriate
safeguards, these include one or more of the following: the use of standard
data protection clauses adopted or approved by the European Commission which
