Aqualine, Bondi Beach, a Ray White Projects listed development, is one of pure opulence. Inspired by the textural layering of Bondi’s sandstone cliffs, The Penthouse features natural finishes and a soft earthy palette. 

Ray White Projects approached EnvisionVR to ensure that the project’s sales and marketing campaign was one which was cutting-edge to market and delivered a full-service offering.

Their challenge

Selling off-the-plan property presents the challenge of being able to communicate the full scope of the development including the apartment layout and views. In the instance of Aqualine Bondi, the sheer scale of the one-floor penthouse, designed by Koichi Takata, is difficult to convey through traditional floor plans and renders. The development was also being sold without a physical showroom further necessitating the need to portray the finer details of the apartment. Furthermore, reaching international buyers and providing a unique virtual customer journey was important for opening up the potential pool of buyers.

Our solution

The luxurious penthouse being sold by Ray White shows off the capabilities of Virtual Apartments and how much detail can be included to ensure that the potential buyer is fully immersed in their new home. EnvisionVR was easily able to offer a full-service product, which allowed Aqualine to be showcased and presented to prospective clients and buyers, all whilst making their lives more convenient and viewing the platform at their leisure. 

The EnvisionVR team collaborated closely with Ray White Projects, Throughspace and the developer to ensure that every aspect was thought through with every level of detail taken care of.

Selling such a prestigious development using Virtual Apartments, opened up two unique opportunities; to sell without a showroom and connect with remote buyers via Guided Viewings.

Ray White was able to conduct virtual property tours of the Aqualine development, by meeting their potential buyers in the Virtual Apartment, no matter where they were located in the world. 

Collaborating closely with Ray White, the EnvisionVR team was able to ensure that the floor plans came to life, as effortlessly as they could. Incorporating Virtual Apartments and a sales and marketing tool for Aqualine allowed Ray White to achieve their goal of showcasing this stunning development in its true size and opulence.
