How does it work?
Simply log in to your project’s stock management link, provided for each project by the EnvisionVR team, and you can update stock pricing and availability with a few clicks. Just refresh the app and your sales team will see these changes appear in the Interactive Display, so they will always have the most current information on hand.
Why is this so important?
We understand the frustration of keeping agents up to date via email communication or waiting for stock status to go live in your showroom. With the ability to update yourself, the risk of outdated information being conveyed to your buyers is eliminated. Your agents will always know what residences are available, avoiding confusion and double selling.
You will notice that the Interactive External Model changes colour as you touch the different levels. This gives you and your agents a snapshot, select that level and see all floor plans of that level’s general availability. For further details, select the level to see all floor plans, prices and statuses; available, on hold, sold. Don’t want to show the price? Not a problem, simply remove the price from your project’s stock management and this will be reflected on the platform.
