Restarting the Tablet App

Troubleshooting,

Problem:

The App appears frozen on the Tablet.

Solution:

iPad:

Restart the App by swiping up from the bottom of the screen until the EnvisionVR app becomes smaller and closes.

Now from the home screen swipe up from the bottom of the screen to bring up all open apps.

Swipe the EnvisionVR app up to quit.

Re-enter the app from the home screen.

Samsung:

Restart the App by swiping up from the bottom of the screen to bring up Samsung menu.

Select the three vertical lines to minimise the App and click close all.

Restart the App by clicking on it again in the home screen.
